PathManager provides the following functions:

	Path failover If a data path is no longer accessible, an alternative path is used, enabling non-disruptive operations in the event of a failure.
	Static load balancing Assign a specific path to be used when accessing a particular LUN.
	Dynamic load balancing Dynamically select which path to use based on various criteria to increase performance.
	Path health and configuration check Monitors the paths for failures and misconnected FC cables. Checks failed paths for restoration.
