PerformanceNavigator provides the following functions:

	Multi-faceted performance analysis Several types of analysis can be performed, including trending, peak analysis, and performance comparison. The data can be displayed in many ways, including repeating time periods (e.g. every Wednesday's performance) and statistical analysis.
	Dashboard Displays key performance information so the user can see the overall array status at a glance.
	Historical data view Load the saved performance data from PerformanceMonitor to review and analyze historical performance data
